Habor Hot Air Fryer – A Quick Review
Habor Hot Air Fryer, 4QT(3.8L) Oilless Digital Air Fryer Oven Larger Oilless Cooker, Auto Off, Nonstick Basket, Dishwasher Safe, LCD Screen & Convenient Buttons, BPA Free, Cookbook Included, 1500W
Good day everyone! Today we’re going to go over the Harbor air fryer. It’s not too big, not too small compared to the other air fryers on the market. I think this particular one lies somewhere in between. Let’s take a closer look at its features by going over “The Good, The Bad and The Ugly”!
One of the main attraction of air fryers is that either very little oil is required or none at all. When I first got my air fryer, I would still put a little oil on my food products. After a few uses, I realized that it was completely unnecessary. I love being able to throw frozen breaded items in the air fryer and hit the start button.
The food always comes out crispy and delicious. ????
You can cook just about anything in an air fryer. The other day I was curious about a baked potato and it only took 40 minutes at 490 degrees without me having to preheat it. The potato came out perfectly! Nothing added either.
It may be different for some of you to adjust to but grease will soon be a thing of the past. I asked my friends and family about their air fryers and they all said they couldn’t remember the last time they used their oven, which brings me to the following topic:
Pays for Itself
Over time, the air fryer will pay for itself. You will no longer have to buy oil for all that greasy food. You’ll be eating less grease which will contribute to your overall health. And you’ll be using your oven a lot less.
The last sentence is an important one. Your oven uses a lot of energy when you’re cooking, an air fryer uses a very low amount. With that being said, your electric bill will start to go down as a result if you aren’t using your oven as much.
So, you won’t have buy oil, you’ll be slightly healthier because there won’t be as much grease in your body and you’ll have a lower electric bill. That sounds like a win win win to me

Easy Cleanup/Dishwasher Safe ???? ????
Nobody wants to spen most of their time cleaning up after a meal but it’s something that one must do nevertheless.
Luckily, the air fryer basket is detachable and all you have to do is throw it in the dishwasher once you’ve completed your task.
I personally don’t think putting the basket in the dishwasher is necessary because you can clean it up pretty quickly. It doesn’t take long at all. To each his own, I suppose. In any case, the detached section is cleaned very easily and very quickly and you don’t have to worry about hard to reach spaces.
Easy to Use
This air fryer is so simple even a child can use it! Of course, it depends on the child and how well you know their comprehension ability. In the general sense, 8 year olds and above will be able to understand how to use the Harbor Hot Air Fryer.
The simple push button method makes it easy for just about anyone in your household to start cooking.
2 – Year Warranty
I have been doing air fryers reviews for a while now and I have yet to see one that has a 2-year warranty. This is a green flag for me because it lets me know that the manufacturer believes in their product. Even if there are many complaints about this product, I would still lean more towards purchasing this one based on the warranty alone.
Every time a something is made in mass production there are almost always flaws. We’ve gone over the good. To keep this review as unbiased as possible, we have touch on the bad and the ugly. What issues have consumers run into that can’t be forgiven?
Bad Taste/Chemical Smell
This is one complaint that I would try to resolve with the manufacturer. With a two-year warranty, the seller should have no issue replacing defective units. This particular instance does raise a red flag however.
I’m not sure if this is necessarily a bad thing, but it feels ugly.
I first started working on this review a little over a week ago. At that time, this air fryer had 470 reviews. They were mostly positive, but there were 3 pages of negative reviews which has since gone missing.
I’m not sure if it’s just a computer glitch or someone is updating the website, but it is strange nonetheless. As of today, the reviews have been reduced to 9. The several negative reviews I was able to see before they got taken down mentioned Plastic burning smells, inoperative units and the device breaking down after several months.
Unfortunately, I can only go off memory and the manufacturers warranty should cover any major issues with the device that may arise. A few consumers felt like they wasted their money on this appliance and many others are extremely happy with their purchase.
